T.M. Thomas is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam, SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, and SUNY at Buffalo School of Law. Since 2005, T.M. has practiced law in Western New York in a variety of settings.

Apart from this professional life, T.M. is also a writer (of fiction and non-fiction) and occasionally consults as an editor on various projects for others.
